Death...and Passing On…A Practical Explanation

Edgar Cayce once said, “Birth in the physical is death in the spiritual. Death in the physical is the birth in the spiritual.” He meant clearly, and revealed to all who were interested, the hidden aspects of life and what we know as death.

Indeed, our knowledge of death come from seers like Edgar Cayce (the list is countess, and includes also figures from virtually every religion), and those individuals who have undergone what we term a Near Death Experience (NDE). There are too many written NDE to recount in any article, but almost all contain some or all of the below phenomena. The basic premise is that what we know as death is merely a transition of states of our being.

The NDE observations can be summarized roughly in the following order and terms;

One immediately feels that they have left their body and are hovering, and observing overhead. Sometimes you notice a silver chord is seen connected to the body (at the forehead slightly above and between the eyes.

Next you can feel you are in a dark lonely place, or in a tunnel, with a small spec of white light in the distance. Some people have reported to see the earth and the stars, as you might see from a spacecraft. Many have said you have at this point very powerful emotions from complete bliss to start terror. Some have heard heavenly music.

You continue to experience and are drawn to the light. At this point you might see your loved ones that preceded you, friends, guides, all sorts of people you knew in your last life, or even previous ones. It is a wonderful reunion. But you are irresistibly drawn to the light.

Some have seen it as golden, or white, and as being magnetic and loving; but it draws all to it…and some have described it as the Being of Light. Usually Christians see it as the Christ, Jews as an Angel, Hindus as one of the Gods they worshipped, and so on. Even atheists see it as powerful being of light and love. It can speak to you (without words), and it is usually a question about your time spent in your life.

You experience a review of your life seeing and re-experiencing all the events that have occurred, all the major and trivial events of one’s life, sometimes from the perspective of the other people involved.

Finally, you will arrive to some conclusion about the adequacy of that life and what changes are needed.

You often experience a total understanding of all around you, all the universe in fact. It is a very powerful experience.

Finally you arrive to some boundary. Here the NDE ends, as if you cross, you may not return to your life. The information we have from this point comes from the seers like Edgar Cayce, who have been free to travel between the spiritual and physical worlds.

Once across the boundary, you often find yourself in a city of light, or a grey place with buildings ,and halls without walls. Edgar Cayce often arrived here, and spoke with an old man who kept the book of records.

It seems that each person, each life, every event is recorded (as mentioned in the Bible, the Koran, the Vedas, and Kabala to name a few sources). The rest, after the interview, is different for each person (each soul)…but it ends with your eventual choice of your new parents and life to come.
